  • Payment information: payment card or billing details, processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store full payment card details ourselves.

  • Booking and visit information: session dates and times, number of guests, group composition, and any accessibility or health-related information you choose to share with us to help us plan a suitable visit.

  • App and Website usage data: device type, operating system, IP address, pages viewed, features used, and approximate location data (where enabled), collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

  • Photographs and video: images or footage captured on-site for marketing purposes, as described in our Terms and Conditions.

  • Marketing preferences: your choices about receiving communications from us.

We only collect the personal information reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy.

  • Directly from you, when you book a ticket, use the Website or App, contact us, or interact with us on-site.

  • To process and manage your booking and deliver the Experience.

  • To operate and improve the Website and App, including troubleshooting and understanding how they are used.

5. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share personal information with:

  • Service providers who support our operations, such as payment processors, IT hosting providers, email/marketing platforms, and customer support tools.

  • Our App and content development partners, including Ministry XR Pte Ltd (Malaysia/Singapore) for AR/App/metaverse development and Burningfish Productions Ltd (New Zealand) for VR content, to the extent necessary to operate the App and Experience.

  • Accommodation providers or tour operators, where relevant to a combined or third-party booking.

​

  • Professional advisers, regulators, or law enforcement, where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

  • A successor entity, in the event of a sale, merger, or reorganisation of our business.

6. Overseas Disclosure

Some of our service providers, including our App development partner Ministry XR Pte Ltd, are based outside New Zealand (Malaysia/Singapore). Where personal information is disclosed or stored overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to a standard comparable to the protections in the Privacy Act 2020, consistent with Information Privacy Principle 12.

Our Website and App use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how visitors use our services, and support marketing activities. You can control cookies through your browser or device settings; disabling cookies may affect some functionality of the Website or App.

The Experience welcomes visitors of all ages, but bookings and App accounts are intended to be made by an adult on behalf of their group, including any children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Where you have opted in to receive marketing communications from us, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails or by contacting us directly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or legal obligations. The current version will always be available on the Website and, where required, linked from the App store listing.
